Crowdfund whitepaper

Crowdfund is the second issuance path. Campaigns raise before listing, then settle into Uniswap v4 with vesting still attached.

Lifecycle

1. Platform registration — The host frontend is a registered platform.
2. Campaign — Issuer opens a campaign with vesting and referral settings.
3. Subscribe — Investors subscribe with supported tokens, not a single quote asset.
4. List — The market lists; opening premium applies as configured.
5. Unlock — Investor positions follow the vesting module.

Opening premium and tax

Opening premium is a listing configuration. Opening tax is routed to the treasury. Neither figure is quoted as a percentage on rtp.sh.
