RH Launch is one of two parallel issuance paths. It is not a mode of Crowdfund.

Lifecycle

1. Create — A platform or issuer opens a market through the RH Launch factory.
2. Bond — Price moves on the configured curve. Supply is accounted in the launch contract.
3. Graduate — At the graduation condition, inventory and reserve migrate into a Uniswap v4 pool.
4. Lock — LP minted at graduation is deposited into the LP lock module.

Graduation is irreversible for that market.

What RH Launch does not do

• It does not host a trading UI. rtp.fun Launch is a product jump-out.
• It does not replace Crowdfund’s subscription and vesting flow.

Treasury

Opening tax at listing is routed to the protocol treasury. Read current values on-chain.
